We work hard to ensure every installation that we carry out is installed to the highest standards and to the relevant industry standards.
All our installations are fully tested to meet the industry standards and test certificates are issued on completion of works.
All our structured cabling, blown fibre and conventional fibre installations are available with manufacturer warranties of up to 25 years.
As an ADC Krone TrueNet© Authorised Integrator, all our installation staff are trained to a high standard and we are monitored to ensure our installations are carried out to ADC Krone installation techniques.
The TrueNet System Warranty can only be issued for installations carried out by an ADC KRONE TrueNet Premier or Authorised Integrator.
The TrueNet system warranty covers all of the relevant performance levels from Category 5e to Augmented Category 6. UTP, STP and FTP solutions are included, as are the fibre optic elements of a network.
Specifying a TrueNet Solution and TrueNet Integrators during the tender process is key.
The TrueNet Integrator will do the majority of the work completing the simple Warranty Registration Form and forwarding to ADC KRONE for processing.
Following a thorough review of the test data and the application form, part of the quality assurance process, a certificate will be issued confirming that the installation is now covered by a TrueNet System Warranty.
